How much do you charge?
We work with a maximum of two clients per month, and the average quarterly spend for our clients is around £7500.
Do you provide one-off services?
Our core service is based around a three month minimum term of service. Since we create content for our clients in three month blocks we tend to steer clear of one-off projects. Keeping this in mind, we do on occasion take on project based work, depending on scale and fit.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. If you feel that we have failed to deliver on any aspect of our commitment to you, you will be offered a full refund with no questions asked.
Do you provide proposals for your work?
No. We are not in the proposal-writing business. We, on the other hand, offer you an honest conversation to better understand the nature of your needs. From there, we will discuss potential solutions and what we feel would be the best way to proceed for your business. If you are happy with what we discuss, then we will detail the deliverables and a timeline and send across t's & c's for you to sign.
